Absolute Cycle Academy is the first and only academy in Asia that provides certification for Rhythm Cycling instructors.

Our training programs are built in line with the Absolute Methodology, carefully developed and refined over the last 9 years. You will be training with globally-renowned Master Instructors & Senior Instructors, gaining a competitive edge with Asia’s top studio.

Absolute proudly operates seven studios in Bangkok, seven in Singapore and two in Hong Kong. All our instructors have gone through the Absolute Academy to provide a world-class experience for all.

Upon fulfilling all course requirements, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Outstanding participants may be selected to continue training to become an Absolute Cycle instructor at Absolute Boutique Fitness; with opportunities to teach in Bangkok, Singapore or Hong Kong.

100-Hour Intensive Rhythm Cycling Instructor Training

  • Mondays to Fridays 8am to 7pm

  • Complimentary classes at Absolute Cycle for duration of training

Certification Requirements

  • 100% attendance.
    Mandatory make-up lessons @ USD 90/hour are required if you do not meet the criteria.

  • Score at least 70% in the practical assessment.
    If you fail the assessment, you may take up to two additional re-tests* at the USD90 per attempt.
    You will be required to retake the full course should you fail all the re-test attempts.

Enrolment Requirements

  • Taken at least 30 Rhythm Cycling Classes*

*Absolute Cycle Bootcamp is available a week before the course for those who have not met the minimum requirements. This would set the foundation for the instructor training and provide a strong head start. Additional fees apply.
